Due to orders being customised to your specifications, we are unable to offer any refunds on your orders once confirmed.
Please be certain on your order and ensure that you enter the correct details for personalisation, as once orders have begun production we cannot refund.

If your order has been placed and we have not yet begun production, we can offer you a store credit.
